We will respect your privacy by:

  1. Not disclosing any information, including personal and transaction details.
  2. Not selling, sharing or using your personal information (email address, telephone number, physical address or transaction details).

DELIVERY
We promise to deliver the merchandise that matches the features as presented on the TurboRead website in terms of quality, price, brand and appearance. We honor all TurboRead transactions worldwide.

WHEN WILL THE BANK CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD?
The bank will not charge your card before TurboRead has emailed to you the download link for your speed reading course.

The Order Form and your Smart Receipt will reflect South African rand. Your credit card will be charged in your country's home currency at the exchange rate on the date of email of the speed reading course.

SECURITY  
We will provide a safe and secure payment facility.
 Any credit card purchase that you do through TurboRead is managed by a totally secure internet transaction processing service, provided by Virtual Card Services.

As you complete your order, you will be asked for your name, address, and credit card number. This information is secured through the use of encryption technologies. Encryption scrambles your information so that the transaction details cannot be intercepted and used by parties for whom this information is not intended.

REFUND  
Am I able to request a refund should I be unsatisfied with my purchase of TurboRead?
Yes. If within 10 days of TurboRead sending you the download link, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may send an email to TurboRead. In your email requesting a refund, tell us why you are dissatisfied with the product. Should your request for a refund be considered legitimate, we may process a full refund to your credit card within 2 working days.
