We will respect your privacy by:

Courier (3 – 4 business days)
Registered Airmail (14 business days)
Normal Airmail (14 – 21 business days)

When will my credit card be debited?
 We will not initiate settlement from your account before we have shipped your TurboRead product. If the courier charge to your particular country differs from the standard price on the Order Form, we will email the cost to you and await your authorization.

The Order Form and your Smart Receipt will reflect South African Rands. Your credit card will be charged in your home currency at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of physical delivery.

SECURITY  
We will provide a safe and secure payment facility.
Any credit card purchase that you do through TurboRead is managed by a totally secure Internet transaction processing service, provided by Virtual Card Services.

As you complete your order, you will be asked for your name, address, and credit card number. This information is secured through the use of encryption technologies. Encryption scrambles your information so that the transaction details cannot be intercepted and used by parties for whom this information is not intended.

What precautions does TurboRead have in place to safeguard my transaction?  

REFUND  
Can I return the merchandise that I have bought?
 Yes. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return TurboRead, in its original packaging, within 30 days of receipt (delivery time excluded). Your refund will be limited to the price of the product, excluding postage.
